Functionally is key.  This is the reason why I love Google so much.  They took all the misc. functions of a web browser and simplified the s*8t out of it.  Here’s a snapshot of what it looks like.  You can download the web browser at www.google.com/chrome.  The only thing that I don’t like about it is that you can’t view the favicon in the browser anymore.
